We are doing 1 EPS at the end of a story or adventure, I think, but maybe one more if you role play well. I think thats how were doing it, its been 3 sessions and no EPS.

But we make a checks on any skill for every time it was used, and have that as a temporary ADV at skill development. Every check past the initial provides a +1. So, if you used Acrobatics 6 times then you have a +5 ADV at the end of the session. This makes it so if your practicing and doing it more, you learn quicker. And its not extreme at all, using one skill 6 times in one of our short (4hr) sessions has yet to occur.

All in all, its working well.

But... ooooh, picking a secret in something sounds like fun!
