Okay, here's a quick question:

Back in the Day (early 90's) one of my highest level Arduin characters became the Baroness of Lieberton. Now I was told that Lieberton was actually a place in the Arduin world, but I've never been able to find out exactly where it is located. Any information?

I don't have a map, though I do have the World of Khaas book. Would I be able to find it in there?

Yep, that's the place. Back in our game the sleepy little town was secretly rife with dark cults and priests of the Black Pantheon. I remember that we had to cut a deal with the assassins guild to help us take most of them out without disturbing the ebb and flow of the university. Since my character was the appointed baroness, she temporarily made the guild her licensed secret police to get the job done, complete with government perks like free dental and legal representation. In return the guildmaster gave her the services of their top killer to be her bodyguard. I still remember that damned deodanth with his pet kill kitten.

In a similar vein, I've been wondering if there's ever been a large, detailed map of Khaora in any older products. The maps of the continent printed in the worldbook show the positions of the 'civilized lands', and what looks like a satellite weather picture with mysterious craters, forests, etc., in the north. The individual maps of the nations (which are lovely, I might add) often show details of the wilderlands around the perimeter, but some of the geographical wonders, mountain ranges, rivers, and tribal lands seem impossible to place, unless you stumble onto them on the edge of one of the many national maps. Is there a missing set of map coordinates for the 'major geographical features' section?

Up until the Arduin map, mapping was more of a hit and miss based off of all the areas of interest that Hargrave wrote in his books and modules. Here a piece, there a piece...
I would say the next step would be various detailed maps of specific countries that are as detailed as the Arduin one, but that might be a ways down the road :)

I would very much be interested in a large continent map. I would be even more interested in a detailed maps of two things:

The City of Talismonde

The Plateau of Forever and the surrounding area

I would love to see areas of Arduin more detailed, rather than other countries. And modules of course would be great - House of the Axe from Fight On! #4 is awesome.

If printing it as a full size poster is part of the cost problem, I'd rather have it divided up onto four or six sheets, anyway, in the ancient tradition. With hexes, even!

I would also purchase a full continent map, divide it as you must.
Love the new forums.
